Saturday: Strength & Toning with Allison @ 10:00AM

Yoga:

Tuesday: Vigorous Flow        6:45PM
Thursday: Yin Yoga              6:45PM
Saturday: Yoga Basics          9:00AM
Sunday: All Levels Yoga Flow 9:00AM

Silver Sneakers:

Monday and Thursday @ 11:00AM
